Puffy Pear Appetizer

Ingredients:
1 Bartlett Pear
* Small White Onion
* Teaspoon Dried Thyme
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
1 Sheet Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry(Thawed)
* Cup Stella Crumbled Gorgonzola
Honey Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Peel and slice onion thinly.
3. Core and slice pear thinly.
4. Pour olive oil into a hot pan.
5. Sauté pear, onion, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste.
6. Sauté until tender.
7. Cut puff pastry into 1.5 to 2 inch squares.
8. Place a small amount of the topping in the center of the puff pastry.
9. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until it rises and is golden brown.
10.When the appetizers come out of the oven drizzle with honey.
