Perhaps most intriguing about Fresh Acres are the prepared entrees by Chef Mike Furtek. With over 26 years of cooking experience as well as a degree from the New England Culinary Institute, Chef Furtek has been developing recipes for Fresh Acres for the past year. Entrees like roast pork loin with apple cranberry cornbread stuffing, turkey meatloaf, lasagna Bolognese, ground buffalo chili, and grilled salmon with maple soy glaze. Chef Furtek features over 40 freshly prepared entrees daily to satisfy the food lover in all of us. With Sous Chef John Fraro, the team will constantly be developing new recipes using fresh, seasonal, ingredients from the market.
