Perhaps most intriguing about Fresh Acres are the prepared entrees by Chef Mike Lafleur. Chef Lafleur has been developing recipes for Fresh Acres for the past several years. Entrees like roast pork loin with apple cranberry cornbread stuffing, turkey meatloaf, lasagna Bolognese, ground buffalo chili, and grilled salmon with maple soy glaze. Chef Lafleur features over 40 freshly prepared entrees daily to satisfy the food lover in all of us. Our team will constantly be developing new recipes using fresh, seasonal, ingredients from the market.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
The Chef starts out by lightly seasoning the sprouts with salt and pepper, then roasts them at a high temperature in the oven until they are well-caramelized on the outside and tender on the inside. They make a fabulous side dish to any great meal.
Fresh Acres Jumbo Meatballs
This giant version of the Chef's meatballs are delicious and chocked full of tasty ingredients. They're made with a generous amount of Parmesan and Romano cheeses, freshly chopped garlic, fresh oregano and parsley. Serve them on your favorite pasta or at gatherings as a scrumptious appetizer. These are sure to be a party pleaser!
